English literature helped me discover the world from different perspectives through stories, poems, novels, plays. With that, I can say yes, my approach to studying English has changed, as I see it as a lens through which I go through world history and current situations. This enabled me to see the authors' perception and awareness of universal truths and their culture and lifestyle. Once the reader is enlightened with all the concepts, he may then be able to develop different understandings that may help him explore future opportunities.
